what is branding & marketing collateral?
Branding is the process involved in creating a unique name and image for a product or business in the consumers' mind through consistent themes. Branding aims to establish a significant and differentiated presence in the market that attracts and retains clients.
Marketing Collateral is digital or printed products created that reflect your brand and help market your business. Our collateral items include business cards, postcards, gift cards, pdf guides, etc.
what services do you offer specifically?
We offer an array of design, illustration, and hand lettering services including, but not limited to: Branding, Logo Design, Marketing Collateral Design, Web Design, Stationery, Custom Artwork & Signs.
What are your prices?
Our design fees depend on the project! We do require a 50% deposit and signed contract before any artwork is created, and then 50% due upon completion of the project. We also offer payment plans for the remaining 50%. Submit a form on our contact page to receive our pricing guide and intake form directly to your email!
do you offer any discounts?
Being a small business, we do not offer any specific discounts per say. But as a military family, we can offer extra incentives to active duty military, veterans, and first responders.
What is your average turnaround time?
Again, this largely depends on the scope of the project. For instance, a logo design generally takes 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity, but a web design can take upwards of 6 weeks.
Can you explain the process?
Sure! First, we'll discuss your project(s) via email, telephone, chat, or skype after you've completed our design intake form, followed by an in depth questionnaire(s). Once we have the contract and deposit squared away, we'll begin the Brainstorm Phase, which will likely include words and visuals and most often a collaborative mood board. Then we'll move on to drafts in the Design Phase, of which you'll choose one. From there you'll have a set number of revisions in the Revisions Phase to refine the design to your exact specifications. Once we have perfected your vision and the final payment is made, you'll receive all of the final files and/or prints.
How will i receive the final files and/or prints?
All files will be sent to you in a dropbox link via email in the following formats: .eps, .jpeg, .pdf, & .png. This does not include font files.
Prints will be mailed via USPS and shipping charges will apply.
Where should i have my digital files printed?
This is a personal choice, but for marketing collateral we recommend Moo or VistaPrint. For fine art prints, we recommend Savannah PhotoMaster.
do you have office hours?
Generally, our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 9am-6pm. However, family is our number one priority, so those times are subject to change at any time. Communication is important to us, so we will notify clients specifically if we plan to be out of the office for any extended period of time. Thank you for understanding!
what provider do you use for web design?
Currently, we only offer Web Designs with Squarespace.
