WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
All prints and originals are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case of cancelling an order, if it hasn't yet been shipped, there is a restocking fee of $3.00 per item that will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of print order arriving damaged, please document the damage and get in contact within 2 weeks of arrival. We will arrange to send you a replacement order provided that you cover the shipping and handling cost. If the print cannot be replaced due to it being a limited edition that has sold out, you will be refunded, minus shipping costs.
In the case of original artwork arriving damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can recover the cost with the insurance, if available.
While this is very rare, in the case of an order never arriving, we cannot consider a shipment being lost until 30 business days have passed the original shipment date.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally. But check back as we hope to in the future!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In most cases, your order will ship in 3-5 business days, but please allow for up to 7 days as this is a small business. If for any reason you require your order to arrive sooner, please get in touch and we can discuss other shipping options and we will do our best to keep processing time to a minimum.
For standard USPS First Class delivery, delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the postal service. The average time is about 2-3 days.
WHAT TYPE OF PRINTS DO YOU MAKE?
All of our prints are printed locally at Savannah Photomaster on archival enhanced matte paper.
I BOUGHT A PAINTING OR A PRINT. DOES THIS MEAN I OWN THE COPYRIGHT?
No, it does not. You own the painting/print, but not the copyright. This means that it is illegal for you to reproduce the painting/print for profit or to use the image in any way without our explicit permission.
